My Most Recent Certification

I am thrilled to share that I completed Active Release Techniques® NERVE Certification in Morgan Hill, CA.

What does that mean?

I am now credentialed as an ART Nerve Certified Provider®. This distinction makes me ART Full Body Certified, which is a significant achievement in my journey as a practitioner.

What sets my practice apart from other chiropractic clinics is Active Release Techniques®. I incorporate this non-invasive, hands-on, movement-based soft-tissue and nerve treatment into almost every patient treatment visit. ART® is specifically designed to quickly reduce pain & restore function. After focused soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustments are likely to hold longer.

To maintain healthy soft tissue:

  • schedule regular ART® treatments in our office

  • exercise regularly

  • stretch & foam roll consistently

  • drink plenty of water

  • eat fresh, nutrient-rich, pesticide-free foods

Whether you’ve got a minor strain or a complex injury, the combination of ART® treatments with traditional chiropractic adjustments gets you back to work and back to play faster and more effectively than other therapy methods.

We would love the opportunity to take care of you. To book an appointment, please visit our online scheduling page or contact our office for assistance.
